Programs - Combined Self Defence & Fitness

Little Warriors

 

LITTLE WARRIORS are the youngest group of students at CSDF. Designed for them, this program is an exciting introduction to Martial Arts for kids aged from 4 - 7 years. By participating in this program students benefit from increased agility, balance and coordination taught in a fun filled yet respectful environment.

 

Warriors

 

WARRIORS are aged from 7 - 12 years. This is a great place to be! Through this program students learn a wider range of techniques based on the Adult program with these classes being fun and dynamic. Traditional Martial Arts self defence and the character traits of self confidence, discipline and respect are learned and developed.

 

Teen Taekwondo

 

TEEN TAEKWONDO Students are typically aged from 13 - 16 years. Our High School age students are very special to us. By participating in this program, students work with other teenagers in a well structured, traditional Martial Arts environment that emphasises respect, leadership, character development and extraordinary self defence skills.

 

Adult Taekwondo

 

ADULT TAEKWONDO for students from 17 + years of age. This programme is based on traditional Martial Arts values with fitness and modern, practical self defence skills. CSDF is known for it’s effectiveness and is guaranteed to give you a great work out.

CSDF also includes Lessons in Mindfulness, this is a program of lessons designed to enhance the mind and is handed out each month for the student to work on in there own time, encompassing a topic, activity and a breathing technique.

 

Hapkido

 

HAPKIDO program is for students aged between 13+ years of age! This program has the most comprehensive self defence curriculum available teaching all the ranges incorporating joint locking, throws, pressure points, kicking, punching to ground fighting. Hapkido focuses on fitness and practical self defence skills.

CSDF also includes Lessons in Mindfulness, this is a program of lessons designed to enhance the mind and is handed out each month for the student to work on in there own time, encompassing a topic, activity and a breathing technique.

 

Martial Sport

MARTIAL SPORT is a select number of students that have the competitive streak to train and compete in local, regional, national and world sanctioned tournaments. All taught by current national champions. This program will test the fitness and competitive levels of any student.

 

MMA Fight Club

MMA Fight Club, a Mixed Martial Arts  program catering for the student who wants to set the bar higher with more realistic training. Fight club includes semi to contact classes incorporating the three ranges required in UFC or Cage style fighting.

The syllabus is based on Kick Boxing for stand up, Hapkido/Jujitsu for take downs and BJJ for the Ground. This program is open to all students.

padWORKout

padWORKout is a program incorporating authentic Boxing & Kickboxing techniques on hand held pads or bags taught by Blackbelts and Punchfit certified Instructors that are recognised by Fitness Australia. padWORKout is a high intensity full-body workout that will make you physically stronger as well as aerobically and anaerobically fitter. padWORKout is a complete body workout for your co-ordination, cardiovascular and endurance systems as well as training the upper body, lower body and your core strength.
